We will begin with a gentle warm-up sequence in which we will create awareness and activate the body for our practice. We will flow through fundamental poses while being conscious of each inhale and exhale. The sequences create a union with the mind and body and develop strength and flexibility. The class will conclude with a restorative guided meditation, designed to support deep relaxation.
A few yoga mats will be available from the library for the class. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. Wear comfortable clothes.
