Make time and space for your grief, including anticipatory grief. Gather for gentle yoga, guided meditation and writing experiences. Bring your yoga mat, a journal, and a small memento and/or photo of the person or pet who you grieve. Limited space. 2-hour event No yoga or writing experience required.
