Wishing you a Happy St. Paddy's Day! ☘

It's a holiday that takes me back to my Irish dance days, performing around St. Louis as a kid, dancing on stage in Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance at Radio City then going to the Rainbow Room to celebrate, and being on Good Morning America with Riverdance before returning to school at Fordham University School of Law and spending hours in the career planning center researching jobs! 💚

It's funny how sometimes the joy of the good memories makes the pain leading up to those moments feel TOTALLY worth it! I recently showed a friend a photo of my damaged feet on a break from touring. She was shocked and said to post them! 😄

I share tips and tools to help others yearning for connection and purpose to embrace change, trust themselves, and discover meaning in a chaotic world.
