As I check off my To Do list before I gather with family and friends for Christmas, I reminded myself to pause and look back at the year to see all the gifts that manifested through:

✈️exploring the world,
🤝spending time with friends,
🎙️appearing on podcasts and speaking at events,

When I first met my husband, he had two dogs - Dai

When I first met my husband, he had two dogs - Daisy and Lily. 🐾 I didn’t know then how much they would help my big transition from NYC ➡️ MO.

We said goodbye to Daisy shortly after the back-to-back deaths of our dads. We recently said goodbye to Lily.

What gifts these little dogs - Daisy and Lily - were. Grateful for all the love and joy they brought. ♥️🎁

Our Stella and Astro loved their Lily too. 🐾
