Grief can feel heavy and loud. The Gentle Journeys Workshop offers you a quiet sanctuary to catch your breath and reclaim your sense of self. Through a nurturing blend of restorative yoga, guided meditation, and creative expression, you will:
- Release Tightness: Use gentle movement to let go of physical tension held in the body.
- Find Your Voice: Externalize complex emotions through simple writing exercises—share your story only if you feel moved to do so.
- Restore Your Spirit: Learn practical tools to access a sense of calm whenever you need it most.
