Connecting with death doulas from across the country was a wonderful opportunity.

I’m so honored to have gotten to share with them my workshop for unlocking grief and finding comfort. Meditation and creative expression have helped me so much on my grief journey. 🧘🏻‍♀️✍🏻

I now find her in the stillness, in the words I pray while hearing her voice, in the love I feel with my husband knowing she was right about what makes a good partnership (even if I doubted her back then before she helped me find The One!), and in the Irish dances my feet tap at impromptu moments…. ✨🎂✨
