DESCRIPTION:Connect and create with your spirit muse(s). Center through a guided meditation\, using breath and imagery. Explore several writing prompts\, tap into your spirit connection\, and allow yourself to receive and recall a moment\, a scene\, a story\, perhaps one with a beloved departed or one they help you to see. Open your journal\, and capture all that comes to mind\, avoiding any urge to edit. Have an optional opportunity to share your writing or take a short break. Regroup\, meditate\, connect\, receive additional prompts\, and create again. The 90-minute workshop includes two writing periods.  \n\n\n\nHave a journal and pen\, and a quiet space. No prior writing experience required. \n\n\n\nThis event is live and online through Lily Dale Assembly.
